Based in the San Francisco Peninsula, Atelier Lawrence Cheung is a small and ambitious design-led design build practice which focuses on custom
residential new construction, additions/renovations, and historical restorations. While drawing inspiration from regional vernacular forms and natural materials,
the practice engages in creating finely crafted buildings and interior spaces that have an understated simplicity within the context of site and historical buildings.
Lawrence is inspired by the minimalist aesthetic of British architectural designer John Pawson, whose design influence is prevalent throughout the UK, Belgium, Spain and Scandinavia.
Atelier Lawrence Cheung offers full service bespoke design and construction management tailored to meet individual client's needs from initial design
concept to project completion. Passionate about fine details and craftsmanship, the practice is committed to working with well-respected architects, builders and highly-skilled craftsmen,
delivering distinctive projects from small remodels and additions to large country houses within budget and on schedule.
In addition, Atelier Lawrence Cheung firmly believes in providing its clients a detailed and transparent working relationship during both design and construction;
